Recently, SEPCOIII Dubai headquarter bring the good news; Dubai headquarter No.1 apartment was offcially opened,which the furniture supplied by Yabo. The employee now has another “home”in Dubai.

In 2018, in order to promote the rapid development of overseas business and achieve the development goal of “ continuously leading the Middle East, fully developing Africa”and the grand vision of “leasing the international power station EPC”,SEPCOIII Dubai headquarter apartment’s construction and opened made the good base for it becomes the world first-class, fully in line with international operation, and also provide the strong support in Dubai for it’s staffs.  

Dubai No. 1 apartment has a total floor area of 35618.3 square meters, living area of 19786 square meters and a total building height of 50 meters. It is a reinforced concrete structure with three floors underground and twelve floors above ground, supporting four types of houses:single room,double room,three rooms and four rooms.There also has the parking lots,restaurants,fitness activities and other functional areas and facilities. It is an important basic project for SEPCOIII to promote the implementation of overseas development strategy and realize internationalization, as well as an housing project created by the company for the majority of employees to take root in Dubai.

Since the project started construction, due to the impact of the COVID-19, Yabo and the partners could not meet offline.
